Sherwood Hall, a popular venue in Durban, will be this years’ host to the Health & Beauty Expo to be held in March.

The Expo is a treat for "ladies only" and children with activities for both young and old. Ladies and children are welcome to join in for a little pampering with Aqeela, a personal trainer, Fatima, a beauty therapist and Strongman Zaheer who will be showing the younger visitors just how to stay fit!

If you looking for some relaxation, fitness advice and a some free treatments to try out, then this is the Expo for you. Come and enjoy a “me time”!
