Lukimbi Safari Lodge in Southern Region, Kruger National Park, Limpopo

Situated in the south of the Kruger National Park, Lukimbi Safari Lodge is a stunning lodge that accommodates up to 32 guests in 14 spacious and two ultra luxury suites. Our Giant Eagle Owl and King Cheetah suites each include a private pool and second bathroom.Built on the banks of the Lwakahle River, each cottage has a river view. This is a lodge with art, colour and exciting furnishings, but at the same time your eye is drawn outwards to the beckoning bush beyond.

Raised walkways

The openness of the architecture ensures that you are aware of the bird calls and movements of the animals outside. The height of the lodge above the river provides a viewing point with a feeling of safety. The raised walkways provide guests with clear and easy access to their suites. 

Sleep outs

With 15 000 hectares for their exclusive use, guests can enjoy exciting safaris in open vehicles and long walks during the day. Sleep-outs at a unique bush camp can be arranged at no extra cost.

Conference facilities

A fully equipped business and conference centre enables companies to plan and enjoy conferences with a difference.

Chapel

Lukimbi's small intimate chapel caters for special weddings in the South African bush. Transfers from Primkop airport can be arranged, or alternatively guests can fly into Malelane airport, where they will be met and driven to the lodge.

Children

Children are welcome but not under the age of two years. Full children's programme and activities available. Please ask the Lodge for more information. Families with children under the age of 5 years must reserve their own private vehicle, rates on request. Baby-sitting facilities available. 

No more than six children at any one time. All families with children will be booked into the same wing at the lodge. Maximum of two children sharing with parents in one room. Children over 12 will get their own room.
