Mestel Dam in Southern Region, Kruger National Park, Limpopo
Mestel Dam is usually surrounded by good game viewing, mainly waterbuck and in the thicker vegetation, bushbuck.
Hippo are also fond of congregating around the dam and elephant and rhino are a common sight.
Birding will reward you with Hadeda Ibis', white faced ducks, grey herons and many others.
