Heart of South Africa’s Bread Basket
The small farming town of Hertzogville is situated only an hour from Kimberley and just an hour and a half from Bloemfontein in the Free State province.

An interesting piece of the towns history according to information handed down, the property on which Hertzogville was built was sold to the town on proviso that a hotel was not allowed to be built within the town's boundaries for a hundred years after sale of the property.
