The Lourens River in Somerset West provides a beautiful walk for residents and their pets. If you would like peace and quiet, some exercise and to connect with nature, this is the place to be.
If you intend taking your dogs to Radloff Park, they should be trained and well adjusted to other dogs and humans, and obey you when they are called. Dog walkers are requested to stay off the sports fields and stick to the walkways along the river and to the open veld areas.
Although dogs do not have to be on a lead at Radloff Park, it is advisable if they are excitable, show aggression or tend to run wild.
