Nestled deep in the Saldanha Bay Main Harbour lies a real treasure, the Slipway Waterfront Restaurant. The restaurant is the perfect stop for breakfast, a luncheon, candlelit dinner or simply a cocktail while watching the yachts in the bay.

The atmosphere is relaxed as you sit at your table and listen to the sound of the Lagoon waters lapping at the edge of the restaurant.

Mussels are the Slipways’s specialty, home grown in the Bay the freshly cultivated mussels are available in a variety of dishes, steamed with wine and/or garlic, curried or served with various sauces. Although the A la menu contains mainly seafood delights from deep fried Hake and grilled Sole to crumbed Calamari and scrumptious Oysters, the waterside restaurant also offers meat, chicken and pasta dishes with a variety of delectable desserts.
