The Biyamiti Loop mostly runs along the Biyamiti River. This river is dry for most of the year. Lions and Elephant can sometimes be spotted in the riverbed.

A variety of wildlife can be seen along this route, as well as abundant birdlife.

At the bottom of the loop, the S23 joins up with the S114 at the Biyamiti weir, a beautiful spot with water lilies and birds like Hamerkop, Thick-Knee and a variety of other birdlife.

The S23 is 14 kilometers (9 miles) long.
