Bowkerskop Waterhole

The Bowkerskop Waterhole is across the road from Bowker's Kop, which have quite a few Boabab Trees growing on its slopes. On one of these Boababs is carved the name om 19th century hunter, Miles Robert Bowker, whose party camped nearby in 1888.

At the waterhole is almost always elephant activity, and buffalos, sable, zebra and wildebeest are among the animals frequently seen.
