Bizana is a rural village in the Trans-Kei River region of the Eastern Cape province. It is the seat of the Mbizana Local Municipality and the birthplace of Oliver Tambo and Winnie Madikizela-Mandela. 

An important part of the history of Bizana is the Pondoland Revolt of 1960 which took place around the area.

Bizana has a provincial hospital named St Patricks, a Combined School, a High School and a Primary School.
