The Storms River Mountain Bike Trail is situated in the Tsitsikamma Region in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.

The cycle route starts at the Tsitsikamma Village Inn in Storms River Village and is a circular route between 22 and 55 km. The route follows the old national road through the Tsitsikamma National Park and along the Storms River Pass. The route offers amazing forest and coastal views.

The route starts with a 2 km level stretch and fairly easy ride through the indigenous forest. A steep 5 km descent follows on down to the Storms River. Here riders can take a break and swim in the river near the low-water section.

From the river there is a hard, steep 2 km ride, but after this the route levels out and a fairly easy ride through the SAFCOL pine plantations follows. From here riders can choose to follow the jeep tracks for the longer route or travel back on the return trail through a mature plantation which rejoins the original route for a 5 km climb back to the trailhead.
