A Pretty Little Cove

The Hermanus coastline boasts a wide variety of beaches, Breakfast Bay Beach, is one of its popular local beaches situated in Vermont.

Just as the name implies, Breakfast Bay Beach, is where locals and visitors go to indulge in exquisite and intimate breakfasts or other light meals and hence how it received its unique name. Breakfast Bay is more of a cove than a beach, but it is still a wonderful spot to paddle and snorkel among the rocks.

It is considered one of the prettiest and most sheltered beaches set among sand dunes on the boundary of the Vermont Nature Reserve. It is rich in the local flora and offers a fantastic display of Fynbos as well as amazing views of the Onrus Mountain. Breakfast Bay Beach has a serene atmosphere and a natural oasis that seems to give a feeling of intimacy and relaxation.

This beach is also popular with sand boarders and children will have plenty of space to play  and explore on both the beach and surrounding dunes!
