Sasfin Plett Wine & Bubbly Festival in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape

Plettenberg Bay will be hosting its fourth annual Sasfin Plett Wine & Bubbly Festival, to celebrate the country’s newest wine of origin regions. This year brings not only more local wines and eats, but even more local bubbles too! The event was founded when local Wine Estate owners endorsed a Plett Tourism plan to develop a unique wine and sparkling wine experience between Harkerville and The Crags. 

Visitors will have the opportunity to sip, swirl and purchase over 30 different wines and bubblies from these farms, with the magnificent Indian Ocean as your backdrop.  Plettenberg Bay is best known for its white wines and rosé and award winning Methodé Cap Calssique sparkling wines. The event hosts not only wines and foods, but also music to go along with it. Local artists will delight your senses as you indulge yourself in great wines!

While visitors are sampling the exquisite local wines, they will also be able to try local gourmet food which will be prepared by Plett’s top restaurants at the events main attraction, The Grand Tasting, at the Plettenberg Central Beach. The location could not be more perfect as guests will be treated to incredible ocean views from wherever they choose to enjoy the festival from!
