Middle Beach in Kenton-on-Sea, Eastern Cape

Middle Beach, situated in Kenton-on-Sea on the Sunshine Coast, is an unspoilt paradise with lovely warm water. The water here is slightly warmer than that of the open ocean due to it being baked by the sun because of the shallow water.

At low tide, the rock pools here at Middle Beach are a fantastic experience that one cannot miss. It is an awesome spot to bring the family for fun in the 6 feet deep pools where you will find loads of little sea creatures giving beach lovers of any age hours of fun watching the them swim around. It’s no wonder this is the most popular Beach in Kenton-on-Sea!

Recently being awarded provisional Blue Flag status, it has become very popular in the summer months of December and January. However, it can be quiet out of season making that the perfect time to visit if you don’t like crowds and are not bound by a school holiday season.
