Tzaneen is situated in the Limpopo Province, South Africa. 3. Tzaneen Dam Nature Reserve

The Tzaneen Dam Nature Reserve is situated in the Limpopo Province, South Africa. The Tzaneen Dam, which used to be known as the Fanie Botha Dam is about 12 km square and forms part of the Tzaneen Dam Nature Reserve, making the Reserve a popular fishing and birdwatching spot. Lying just 10 km north-west of the town of Tzaneen, the Dam is surrounded by tropical plantations and the area offers warm weather and water temperatures throughout the year.
