Découvrir l'Afrique du Sud
Sors ta tête du sable

In a picturesque suburb called Irene, is the Irene Golf Course, situated only 15 minutes South East of Pretoria. Fit for the English countryside, it is a wonderfully maintained and manicured estate.

The course is an 18-hole Parklands type course with Kikuyu fairways and Bent grass greens. It has a length of 6 434m and 5 237m for the ladies, filled with lush perennial greens of trees and clean, clear air. The fairways and greens will provide you with an atmosphere that will make you feel that you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Running alongside and through the middle is a beautiful scenic river that not only adds beauty to the course, but adds to the challenge as well. Phil Jacobs Design were entrusted with keeping the recent changes to the golf course up to date with modern golfing standards, but also to maintain their original charm as well - this is important for a club that has centuries worth of history.

The course has been said to be one of the most attractive courses to play and a true golfing test for any enthusiast. If you’re looking for a golfing challenge and for an amazing inland scenery, look no further!
