Come and enjoy a lovely day with your family or friends, Die Strandkombuis is the best fresh West Coast cooking you will find in Yzerfontein. This is a great place to bring the kids, where they can play in the sand and run around on the beach, while the parents enjoy a hearty meal! 

Amazing seafood buffets are always a favourite over weekends and public holidays and the pizzas are prepared on the spot with only the freshest ingredients. We also made our own bases and tomato sauce, adding extra wholesome goodness to the overall taste of our delicious wood fire pizzas. 

 Walking in from the beach, a few wooden steps lead up to our beautiful deck with wooden tables and benches. Half of the venue is covered by a permanent roof, the other half by a white tent, whilst a wall at the back protects us from those harsh coastal winds. A full view of the stunning beach can be seen from your table. 

Our beach venue is the perfect setting for your wedding because we offer our fabulous Strandkombuis deck, where you will enjoy exclusivity on the use of our Bedouin – covered deck area, smaller entrance deck and beach area for your ceremony. Enjoy the sunset, in the perfect setting, just for you on this special day! 

Our rustic B&B is conveniently situated next to Strandkombuis Venue. A dune separates our B&B from the Atlantic ocean on the one side and overlooks a salt pan with beautiful bird life on the other. The B&B has a variety of rooms which is subject to availability. Booking is essential as we may
be hosting an event.

Travel on West Coast Road (R27) towards the R315. 

Turn left onto the R315. 

After 7,3kms, take a sharp right onto Buitekant Street. 

Take the 1st left onto First Street. First Street turns right and becomes Beach Road. The destination will be on your left.
