Final Dance of the Season

Sexy Groovy Love is a beautiful one-day musical experience hosted at a variety of locations around the Western Cape. Every summer Capetonians wait in anticipation for the release of the Sexy Groovy Love party line up, and this season was no exception – with four events per season, partygoers have taken full advantage of this experience and now in 2020 SGL invites you to join them for the last dance of the season.

What started at the spooky medieval Lichtenstein Castle in Hout Bay, ventured to the majestic Manor house in Paarl and was soon followed by the epic gardens at Nooitgedacht, has now come to The Rose Garden in Franschhoek.

The Sexy Groovy Love music festival is a true fest for all the senses. The one day festival features immersive décor, world-class music from both international and local talent and breath-taking venues and gourmet food all wrapped up together in a happy and love-filled atmosphere!

In true Sexy Groovy Love style, the last dance will take place at the exquisite and world-renowned Boschendal Wine Estate, surrounded by expansive lawns and glorious mountain views. The market will be filled with a variety of food trucks and speciality bars with slightly different offerings to the usual refreshments.

This Rhone Homestead, one of the oldest Manor houses dating back to 1795, is set amongst picturesque lawns and heritage roses and is a first for SGL, who after this epic festival hope to make it their new home for many seasons to come!
