The boarding house is located in the small town of Kampersrus, a tranquil environment where bird enthusiasts can find more than 500 species of birds and also residence to the endangered Samango Monkey. Lions can be heard roaring from neighbouring Moholoholo Rehab Centre on regular occasions during some evenings.

Groups up to 200 can be accommodated, making this location perfect as a wedding venue.

A large swimming pool is available to cool off in the Lowveld heat.
