Experience the Ultimate Rush!

The Wild Swing is situated at the top of Lehr’s Waterfall in Oribi Gorge, almost midway between Margate and  Port Shepstone.

If you want to get your adrenaline going then this is the ride for you, the highest swing of its’ kind in the world! The Wild Gorge Swing is an unbelievable experience that will leave you exhilarated, if not breathless. Leaping off the edge of Lehr’s Waterfall into the depths of this 165 metre gorge to swing to the other side is equivalent to launching off a 55 storey building. On your descent, you can reach speeds of up to 120 km/hour!

Jumpers can feel utterly comfortable and secure in a full body harness and before departing for your thrilling experience, you will meet at the Oribi Gorge Hotel for a safety briefing. It has been claimed that it is even comfortable enough for Granny to jump!

If the swing is not your style, you can opt for one of the other adventures that Wild 5 Adventures has to offer. There are beautiful views from the Suspension Bridge, fun paintball games, Wild Zip Line excursions and even a 2-day white water rafting experience. If you looking for adventure on the South Coast, be sure to visit to the Oribi Gorge!
